Can Knee Ligament Injury Cause Knee Pain And Its Treatment?
i have a pain under left knee for past 6 months.it started while doing morning excersice after joining college .i can see a slight swelling difference between both knee.i hav consultated a neuro physician .he gave medicines to cure but it didn't work.he told it is b'cause of legments.so can anyone suggest wat is the reason.

There should be an examination by orthopedician. As you suggest, if the swelling is persistent with pain,your doctor find local areas of tenderness in ligament attachments around knee and also make sure that there is no inflammation in bursae around knee.
