Can Lactogen 1 Be Given To New Born To Avoid Gastric ?

sir my babay age is nine month and five days he dont drink mother milk only formula feeding we are giving dexolac special care that is exclusively for premature baby and he was born 32weeks 2.3kg wt at born time now we are giving formula feeding only. but he vomit atleast one or two time daily . and he has affected by gastric problm can v change formula feeding brand from dexolac special care to lactogen 1 becas we already tried nan pro but he rejected it . please suggest me a right way

I really appreciate your concern for your baby, see the breast feeding is the only best option for the baby, the mothers generally avoids the breast feeding for their own reason and they have another reason to show that baby is not taking breast feeding, this is not true, if baby is not taking breast feeding then the underlying cause need to be found out and not starting the top feeding here according to you baby even not comfortable with the top feeding so you are thinking to change it, this is not good idea instead go and see the pediatrician, take care, have good day.
