Can Lanzoprezole Help To Overcome Vomiting And Heart Burns?

my son aged 7 years had vomitting and heart burn yesterday, possibly due to eating at a friends party which served spicy food. He is better this morning, but still not completely out of the dock. what med can I give him? can i give him lanzoprezole? he is 7 years old and 26 kgs.

Hio yes as per your query you can give hiom lansoprazole it is a proton pump inhibitor and is very effective in treating gastritis and acid peptic disorders.
A course of 14 days should be given
pepto bismol or tms can also be given along with it
Lansoprazole dose is 20mg for kid.
