Can Laxopeg Be Given To 1 Year Old Infant For Treating Constipation ?
can laxopeg be given to 1 year old infant for treating constipation my daughter 1 and half years old suffering from constipation for the past 3 months, my doctor suggested to give her laxopeg for 7 days twice daily. For the first two days I gave her and she passed loose stools. I want to know whether I should continue it for the next 4 days or not and whether laxopeg do have side effects or not.

try to avoid such medicatons as much as possible. better to give her lot of water, fruit juices etc, increase vegetables, banana in the food, then motion should get better but inspote of all this if constipation still persists then try these medicines & ther is no harm then to give these medicines but then it has to be given for atleast 3 to 6 mths
