Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I would suggest you to avoid squatting stairs climbing or cycling . It will increase knee arthritis.
To increase leg strength you should do walking for thirty minutes daily in the park. No need to run or do jogging. It is not useful. Just normal walking. Also learn static quadriceps exercise.
I would advise you to any exercise where knee bending is above 90 degree. It will put pressure on the knee joint.
Also take regular calcium and vitamin D 3.
Thanks
