Can Less Bleeding During Periods Be Due To Any Disease And Can This Cause Infertility ?

i am 28 yrs old. since 3-4yrs i have little flow during my menstrual period , and that too lasts only for 2-3 days. but my menses occurs regularly and in due date. is this any diseases and how can it be treated? and would it cause to infertility?

There can be many causes for less bleeding during menses.Most often hormonal causes.You should get an ultrasound and some blood tests for hormone done.Thyroid dysfunction is also very common.Infertility would depend on what the cause will be.However,if your menses are occuring regularly,there is a good chance that infertility can be handled.
