Can Light Discharge Be Taken As A Positive Sign Of Pregnancy?
My last period began on or around June 5th and I have not yet started my July period (my cycle is almost a consistant 25 days when I begin cramping/notice blood). My husband and I are not using protection and are trying to conceive. I do know that we had sex around my ovulation date around June 19-21. A few days ago I noticed a light brown discharge only when I wiped. A day later I had a light pink discharge after using the restroom. At this point I've taken a HPT which was negative today and have small tampon in as I feel like my period is coming and there again is a brown discharge on the tampon but not when I wipe. Could I be pregnant?
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delay in periods can be due to pregnancy, hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease, or can be because of stress. Sometimes, the ovulation is delayed and hence the conception is delayed, therefore the urine pregnancy test comes a bit positive. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
