Hi.
As per your case history of spongiotic psoriasisiform dermatitis my treatment advice is -
1. It a chronic condition mostly exacerbated in winter season.
2. You need to continue applying a good emolient cream like enmoist on affected part twice daily.
3. Phototherapy is an alternative treatment in your case with variable results. So it is better to stick to conventional treatment options like topical corticosteroids, tacrolimus, vitamin a supplement and moisturiser. Such treatment should be repeated every winter season.

Thanks.
