feels like im breathing through my ears I have been having a problem for over a year with my ears popping and then it feels lime im breathing through my ears. its been happening more and more. sometimes last for several minutes and is painful and annoying. its the worst when I run and I have to bc im in the military. what's going on and can it do permanent damage to my ears? I've noticed quite a bit of hearing loss. but that could be exposure to lots of heavy machinegun fire
