Hi. I have a low cylindrical power of 0.5 in both my eyes. However, I do not wear my glasses all day and only wear them when I have to read. Can this give me head aches? I have been experiencing headaches frequently for the past few days and am not sure if this could be the reason. Thanks!
Hi...low cylinder power can cause headache. Usually with cylinder power if you do not wear glasses properly there will be asthenopic sypmtoms like headache, heaviness of eye, watering. Mostly you have headache cause you are not wearing it regularly. I would suggest to wear glasses continously, headache symtoms will reduce.
