Welcome to HCM
This is Dr Amit. I can understand your concern very well.
Yes low testosterone can very well causes abnormal growth.
Other features are
Less sex drive, decreased sperm production, decreased muscle mass/strength, increased fat distribution, fragile bones, decreased body hair swelling/tenderness in the breast tissue, hot flashes, increased fatigue etc.
Pregnyl contains Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) which is a hormone. It stimulates cells in the testicles to produce androgens (testosterone). Androgens cause the development of male secondary sexual characteristics (eg, hair growth, deepening voice).
I will advice you to consult your doctor and do the investigation for low testosterone level and till the reports come continue pregnyl.
Feel free to ask if you have any other query
