Can Lumps Under Temple And Upper Neck Be Due To Tooth Extraction?

Hi i am a 34 year old healthy female. For about 3 month i had pea size lump appear in front of earlobe under temple.And a small pea size lump on upper neck under chin a month later after.They swell and go down.but never fully go down.But the size hasnt gotten bigger either.I had my left top tooth pulled in February. Thats when all this started occurring.I was told by dentist when i had my teeth pulled. I had quit a few cavities and need some work done.Im dont know where all this is coming from.Im truly scared.Could you please help me? I aslo seen my primary doctor she seems less concerned about it.

Hi,
It seems that there might behaving recurring infection in teeth due to carious teeth giving enlarged tender lymph nodes in the neck and near ear.
Consult dentist and go for thorough dental treatment.
Keep oral hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
