Can Magnesium Sulfate Causes Vomiting During 10 Weeks Pregnancy?

I m 10weeks pregnant & so constipated I can t eat. I started taking stool softened at first, no result, the laxatives, no result, enemas followed by glycerin suppositorys, no result, my mother remembered magnesium sulfate, ran & bought me 2 bottles. Drank one and have been violently throwing up. I am unable to eat or drink and have not had a bm in 2weeks

Hi,

Magnesium Sulphate may cause diarrhea but it will persist for 1 or 2 days after stopping drug. Your problem is due to some other cause. Visit emergency or your gynecologist.
