Hi, Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar here. I welcome you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
Please do not panic.
It is good to note that you have stopped smoking and alcohol. Also , I will suggest you not to indulge in marijuana. As it gets transferred to baby across the placenta. It is known to cause learning and development issues in the baby.
I will suggest you to stop it at once. It takes about 3 to 5 days for the substance to get cleared from your body.
Please take care.
May God bless you.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar
