Can Massaging The Thyroid Glands Help In Managing Hashimoto's Thyroiditis?
I have hashimotos thyroid desease. is it helpful to massage the thyroid gland? My antibodies numbers are way high one should be between 0 and 5.6 and is currently 382.7 the antibodies for thyroid Gand should be between 0 and 4.11 it is currently 18.8 Is this why I feel tired and muscular aches, headachy ?
