Can Masturbating Affect Concentration And Intelligence?

i cant focus while im studying ! and sometimes i dont understand what i am reading and i feel stupid ! i wasnt like that before and my grades were always high !! i do masturbate so much even when i wanna study ,, does that affect my concentration and intelligence ? ( i eat well and i sleep well )

But, the guilty feeling (perception that masturbation is a bad thing) can affect concentration in studies and work
