Can Masturbating Several Times A Day Cause Varicoceles On Both Testicles And An Epidymal Cyst On The Right?
I'm 22, I have varicoceles on both testicles and an epidymal cyst on my right testicle. I masturbate multiple times a day and have for about 10 years. Is masturbation damaging my testicles? Will stopping masturbation, or masturbating less, be beneficial for me?

Masturbation should be done 3 to 7 times a week under normal circumstances. You should not allow your daily routine to get affected by masturbation.
Masturbation does not lead to varicocele or epididymal cysts. Varicocele is due to pooling of blood in veins around the scrotum. An intra abdominal cause may be investigated for in some patients.
