Hello,

After masturbation it is natural to feel lazy or sleepy. You need not feel guilty about it but if it is affecting your work or your daily activities you should reduce to few times a week. You are suggested to take adequate sleep and protein rich diet with calcium and iron balanced with fruit and veggies. Stay away from addictions like smoking , alcohol, etc. Exercise or do walking daily. Lead a healthy lifestyle, avoid anxiety and stress.
