Hello,
Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr Alok Sinha, MD Psychiatry from India. I can understand your concern. I will try my best to answer your query.
Firstly let me explain you in detail the psychology of
masturbation (Hand job). In our culture masturbation is condemned and a myth is prevailing that masturbation brings deterioration to health. But, it is not true.
Masturbation is a self gratifying sexual practice. All men and almost all women do masturbate. Many of them accept it many don't, but it is a reality.
Just like copulation, masturbation also produce orgasm. Due to orgasm feel good substance are secreted in mind. After orgasm, body gets relaxed and we have a sound sleep. Body gets rejuvenated after a period of rest and sleep. But there is a prevailing fear of getting some health adverse effect as it is not considered a good act by our subconscious mind. Due this fear many neutral and natural things are considered as a sign of illness. For example we may consider relaxation phase of masturbation as weakness after masturbation. The negative emotions of guilt (of doing a condemned act),
anxiety and fear (of adverse effect on health) cause much problem and makes us feeling low, lethargic, weak. We develop low self esteem, and think ourself responsible for it.
Actually masturbation does not cause weakness or ill health.
As you told your weight is 54 kg, which is within normal range. Good health depends on a lot of things like healthy balanced diet, regular exercise and adequate sleep & rest. Masturbation is not responsible for poor health. But masturbation should be in limit and it should not be affecting daily life functioning.
If you feel that you are addicted and compelled to indulge in masturbation against your wish, then you may
consult a psychiatrist who may prescribe you some medication to control your habit.
Hope it answers your query. I wish you all the best.
