Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
i started doing distance running in grade 10 since then i use to masturbate every now and then and for that reason i felt really weak and could not perform at my best, i used to get tired really quick and now in grade 12 i have not masturbated for about 2 months or so but instead of getting any faster i don t feel any difference i still get tired quick but i feel more energetic in my daily life bcz i don t masturbate but quitting masturbation hasn t had a effect on my running. In the middle of my workouts i feel there is something building up in my legs like lactic acid or something like that i need to get rid of but when i used to masturbate i definitely used to get tired but never had this lactic kind of thing.
Masturbation has no effect on your running. Your problem seems to be more psychosomatic than organic. You don't need to worry and get back to your normal activities. You are reassured.
You may come to the clinic after taking a prior appointment. Please call on our clinic numbers.
