Can Medication Be Crushed With Multivit For Ease Of Consumption?

My mother is 60 Years old , it had brain blood clot before 2 years she can t talk , and she can walk with help . Sometimes it refuse to take her medication. My question is , Can I crash some of her medication like Aspirin protect 100 or DEPAKINE CHRONO 200ml and put them with effervescent like like HERMES Multivit because it drink it.

Aspirin protect 100 contains 100 mg of acetylsalycilic acid.
DEPAKINE CHRONO contains sustained release 333 mg sodium valproate & 145 mg valproic acid corresponding to to 500 mg of sodium valproate.
HERMES Multivit contains multivitamins.
Acetylsalycilic acid may increase the effect of sodium valproate,as it may increase the level of serum valproic acid.
Aspirin protect 100 & HERMES Multivit syrup can be combined and given together. There is no incompatibilty.
