Can Medication For Anxiety Cause Fertility Problems?

Hello, my partner and I want to try for a baby but we are concerned about the medication he takes. He takes seroquel and cipralex daily for Bipolar 2 and anxiety. He has taken various medications for depression and anxiety constantly for 15 years - will this affect his fertility?
