Can Medicinal Marijuana Be Taken For Liver Problem?
Can I get THC free medicinal marijuana, AKA CBD Marijuana, to help my liver? I was born with a weak liver, yellow eyes, and it was called jungis or something like that. The doctor also said my P.H (i think that is what it is called) was to high. I also have weird implant type things on my testicles, and sometimes they feel tender. I was told they were sperm clogs but who knows. Is this dangerous?
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
There is no some strong scientific support for marijuana as a liver treatment remedy but some studies show that it might be?beneficial in slowing the progression of liver fibrosis and the neurological decline associated with hepatic encephalopathy, in addition to the attenuation of the adverse hemodynamic consequences of cirrhosis. YOur testicle issue however should not be related to liver and this may indicate STD or epididiimitis so you should do std testing and testicle ultrasound.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
