Can Meftal Spas Be Given For Baby While Having Cold And Cough?

hi,
my son is just 1 year old. He is crying like anything... he has cold and cough. Just sometime back he had crocin drops and timinic drops. He is still crying. guess he is having stomach ache. can we give him drops of Meftal Spa
?If yes, what is the dosage interms of ml?

Meftal spas would last choice.First give carminative like colicaid drops.If no response then colimex under doctors supervision can be given.Meftal spas is combination of colimex and mefenamic acid.Dose is 5 drops.If still no response then reacss to look for other causes excessive crying.
