Can Men Have White Spots On Underpants Without Having Sex?
Hi my fiance got little white spots on his underpants sometimes. We do love eachother and I don't think his cheating. We have twice a week sex but the white spots on his underwear happens to be during the day at his work. He is 40 and we went threw a tuff time because he couldent get an erection but that was a couple of months ago. Now he gets it again. I really do trust him but I don't understand these white spots on his underwear? Please help me to understand that? Can men have white spots without having sex?

White spots may occur on undergarment even without sex.
It might be due to improper hygiene after urination,improperly washed under garment and also seen due to seminal secretions.
Take proper history of his life style and ask him about this.
