Mixed info regarding why men should not take fish oil tablets. Would like some clarification. We have fish oil tablets. 600mg tablets, ingredients list: gelatin, glycerin ISP (kosher), purified water usp, pectin and calcium chloride usp. Contains: other ingredients, fish (mackerel, sardine, anchovy) and soy. Fish oil concentrate is 600 mg.. Total omega-3 fatty acids 300 mg. epa 162 mg, Dha 100 mg. husbandm will not take them as he read men should not take fish oil. He is 65.
