i and my girlfriend had sex..a few days back..after we had it she got bleeding after 7days...but its not her mensus time..there was stil 10 days left for it...and after ten days also she didnt had her usual mensus..she is in fear that its pregnant..and her nipples also paining...is there any tablet available to stop pregnancy without side effects...pls ans me
Hi there, I have gone through your question and my opinion is that 1) Mid-cycle bleeding is not a sign of pregnancy per se. 2) sore nipples could be due to pre-menstrual syndrome. 3) There could be hormonal imbalance which may have caused her periods to come early. 4) My suggestion is that you get a home pregnancy test to confirm her pregnancy. If the test is negative, then she is not pregnant. 5) There are lots of over the counter tablets available to stop pregnancy which have to be taken within 72 hours of unprotected sexual intercourse like unwanted 72, I-pill etc. 6) If you do not want pregnancy, please use protection. 7) In case she is pregnant, you must visit an obstetrician for further steps. There are pills available for early abortions.
I hope this was helpful. Regards, Dr. Shikha Shah
