Hello dear
Understand your concern
Yes mirena cause enlarged and sensitive breast.
It is long acting and slowly releasing levonogestrol that prevent the pregnancy.
So enlarged breast and sensitive breast is common side effect that occur during the use of mirena.
But if it is excessive and affect the quality of life then consult the gynecologist whether you have to continue the mirena.
Advice:
Wear full supported padded bra, gentle massage with evening prime rose oil, apply warm pad application.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
