Can Molten Plastic Foil In Food Cause Any Problem?

Ok so I made a TV dinner and I was supposed to cover it and used plastic instead of tin foil and when I took out the meal the plastic was all shrunk/melted. It didn t seem like any of it was on the food but I think I still couldn t ate some. There were some pieces that I ripped off the box of the meal. I m not sure what to do of if ill get sick

There isnt really anything to worry about. Even if you did happen to eat some plastic up, its going to pass right out of your system with your poop.
But, for next time, do remember to heat your meals properly.
