Can Multi Vitamins, flax Seed Oil,fish Oil And Super-B Complex Be Taken Together?
I have been suffering from depression lately, and my mom suggested (along with healthy diet and exercise) a vitamin combination to help me. I just wanted to make sure what I m taking is safe together and see if there are any other suggestions. I ll be taking a women s multi, flax seed oil, fish oil and a Super-B Complex. Can I overdose on on B? Is there anything I should add?

Hi,
Multivitamin has B complex in maintenance dose not in therapeutic dose. They can be taken at two different times (after lunch and dinner) or take them on alternate days. A bit excessive dose of B. Complex does not have noticeable side effects.. you need not worry for that.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
