Can Muscle Aches And Cramps In Legs Be Due To Elevated CPK?

My daughter is 14. She has a slighly elevated CPK, the blood test showed that it was 269. She has been having severe muscle aches and cramps in her legs and lower back. She has a history of Diabete (controled), Psoriasis, Fibromyalgia and Psoriatic Arthritis. Is it possible that all of this is related or could she have something else going on. This happens regularly and she experiences pain and weakness alot.
