Can Muscle Cramps And Bumps On Scrotum Be Signs Of Herpes?

I am a 25 year old male and I recently smoked meth and had unprotected sex... couple days ago I started showing signs of a yeast infection ~ swelling scaly, shiny, wrinkly foreskin the tip of my penis speed the same symptoms. As well as pain on my foreskin some areas are sensitive to touch (no sores). I also had body aches in my legs like muscle cramps but that could be from the meth. However I noticed a bump on my scrotum where the bottom on my scrotum meets my anus while all these symptoms are going on. I tried popping it n it was pimple like n it hurt, next day it came back n I popped it again and clear liquid came out n I kept squeezing cuz I saw a white head in the middle n it never released all I caused was for the top layer of my skin to come off now since its in that location it hurts to walk so my question is can herpes appear where the problem is occurring or can they pop out anywhere . And what symptoms do i have? Herpes or treat infection?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
1. You have to take an adequate treatment for yeast infection with anti-fungal creams and oral anti-fungal tablets.
2. As you had an unprotected sex, it is better for you to have tests for STD/HIV and ruled out these possibilities at the optimal time.
3. Regarding the bumps over your scrotal skin, Herpes simplex infection can occur as grouped vesicles and they go for tiny grouped ulceration which heal with or without specific treatment within two weeks in a normal immuno-competent individual. It will not form new vesicles after you had popped out as you mentioned. This may be due to some superficial skin infections.
If you can send the pictures of the lesions then I may be in a better position to tell it confidently.
Regarding treatment, it is better for you to consult your physician or Dermatologist. With his/her guidance after examination and investigation, appropriate treatment can be initiated.
