Can My Wife S Amniotic Fluid Help My Sister-in-law, Whose Amniotic Sac Ruptured, Despite The Fetus Being Fine?

My wife and sister are identical twins. They both got pregnant within two weeks of each other. My sister in-laws amniotic sac ruptured and she lost all the liquid. The doctors say that the fetus itself is fine and that usually when this happens there is a problem with the fetus. What I would like to know is that can the amniotic fluid from my wife help in anyway.
