Can Nausea, Fatigue And Upper Abdomen Tightness Be Pregnancy Symptoms?
could I be pregnant Hi I'm Kimberly and I'm experiencing nausea, fatigue and tightness in my upper abdomen area. Is it possible I could be pregnant? I have a four year old but these symptoms are none like I had with my first child. I'm due to come on my cycle within the 3rd and the 8th of Dec.
HI there, thanks for your query. Let me explain. Although nausea and fatigue are pregnancy symptoms, they are expected around 2 weeks after missed period. This time is required for beta hcg ( pregnancy hormone) to build up in the blood to make one nauseous. Your symptoms ate highly unlikely to be pregnancy related and it just could be due to premenstrual ( progesterone related ) or gastritis. You may try tab.Pantoprazole 40 mg half an hour before food once daily for 3 days for symptomatic relief and your symptoms are most likely to resolve with it. If it doesn't, well...I suggest you to take up urine pregnancy test to check for pregnancy following missed periods. Hope this information helped you. Good luck!
