I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
Most of the times this naval displacement is because of laxity of abdominal muscles. as of now , you are 6 months pregnant so we can not advise you abdominal muscle toning exercises.
But still I will suggest you---
1. Not to bend forward
2. Not to lift heavy weights
3.Not get up briskly from lying down.
4. Not to indulge in exertion causing walk.
Please do not worry , post delivery start doing abdominal
muscle exercises, such as leg raises, crunches, sit ups and core training exercise.
