Can Non Attentiveness, Pronunciation Difficulties, Impulsive Nature Be Due To ADHD?
my son is almost 4 and i have been having problems with him lately. He can not pay attention for more then two mins at a time and has trouble talking and pronouncing words. he is very impulsive and can not remember things that just happened when i explain to him why he is on time out or gets things taken away. can my child possibly have adhd?
Yes he can have ADHD the chances increases if you have family history of ADHD. for stamping the diagnosis certain criterias has to be fulfilled like symtoms , duration more than 6 months, hampering of learning etc. If this symptoms continue for more than six months he should be started on psychological counseling and some medications ( concerta).
