Can Non-hodgkin Lymphoma Of Eyes Reoccur With Blurred Vision?

My husband was diagnosised 7 years ago for non-hodgkin's lympoma of the left eyes. Everything was ok until a week ago. He saw an eye specialist and he couldn'f find anything, but did feel that his cancer was back again. My question is if he has radiation the first time can he have it again or what or his options. He will be having ann MRI next week to verify the cancer. However, i do know it is back by looking at his eye. He also has double vision and his eyes water a lot.
