Hi and thank you so much for this query. I am so sorry to hear about this repeated chest pain especially during working out. These drugs are not known to cause chest pains. Norco itself is a pain medication and should not in any way cause pain. The nature of tis pain mandates an investigation into a possible cardiac origin.. This may represent what we call stable angina. I will recommend that you see consultation and get at least a basic cardiac investigation to rule out any potentially dangerous causes.
