Can Normal Delivery Possible With High Water Level?

Hello Doctor , my wife is on 9th month now and just got the scan result saying water level is still high and asked to go Diabetic test. How critical is the situation now? can we expect normal delivery? your kind advise highly appreciated.

I understand that the water level was found high ,which means there is excessive liquor around the baby. It is a good idea to get tested for diabetes. Somtimes with excessive liquor the baby's head does not get engage in the pelvis ...which basically means baby's head remains high up in yr wife's belly. This can sometimes makes normal delivery tricky but in expert hands it is still very much possible.
