Can Not Putting On Tummy Time Affect Baby's Independence?

hi my daughter has just turned 10 months. she can roll from her back to tummy. can sit properly and scoots around the house. I never know that tummy time is so important for babies so I hardly put her on tummy. the problem is she doesn't sit up or stand by herself.i have to make her sit and then she can sit independently and scoots around. im very concerned.please help.also I mostly kept her in bouncers but since the past one and a half months she is always on the ground.
