Can Olmezest Medication Be Replaced With Lasix?

my mom is 64yrs old.She is hypertensive.she was taking telma40mg twice a day and 1 lasix(20mg),1clopitab.Her stomach was upset due to improper diet and her b.p shotup to 210/90.Whenever her stomach is upset she has this problem. The doctor asked her to take 1 amlong 20mg,1minipress xl 2.5mg and 1omlezest h 20mg.(she had reaction-,swelling,breathlessness,cardiac arrest as they gave high dosage of lasix which caused electrolyte imbalance, when the doctor increased dosage of amlong from 5mg to 10mg in the past).presently she is taking new medicine prescribed by the doctor ,but she is feeling giddy, sleepy and very weak. Her b.p when checked was 160/80,which is normal for her as she is hypertensive from long.should she replace olmezest h 20mg with lasix 20mg?
