Can One Be Pregnant Immediately After Having An Abortion?
I had an abortion on March 11 2011 and In April I started to bleed, it was strange, it was off and on for the whole month, well one day on May 9th I bleed really bad and had a blood clot, and then all of the sudden it stop, I took a test on June 3rd and it came back positive. Can I really be pregant??

This history is suggestive that chorionic tissue (from which the placenta is formed later) is still functioning. This tissue produces the hCG hormone which is responsible for the positive pregnancy test.
It may be that the chorionic tissue has undergone cancerous change (choriocarcinoma). This cancer bleeds a lot. It may subsequently spread to the other organs through blood. Hence it is life threatening cancer. Hoswever, fFortunately this cancer can be completely cured by medicines if intervened in time.
Please get your quantitative assessment of hCG hormone done which is supposed to increase many folds in this condition.
The other possibility is that what you thought you had aborted completely was just a threatened abortion and the pregnancy has continued threatening again to be aborted.
Third possibility is that you had bleeding during pregnancy, at the expected time of the menses. This used to be called as placental sign in good old days. It needs no treatment.
What ever may be the cause, you need an expert attention. Please report to the Obstetrician ASAP for correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
