Can One Contract HIV From Contaminated Blood On One's Penis In A Public Restroom?

Hello dr.
I had an incedent , where i touched the toilette door in a restaurant , then i directly touched my penis head, after 30 minuts i came back to the tiolette and realized that the door were continimated.by blood, so is there any risk to catch hiv if i touched fresh blood on surface then directly touched my head penis without washing it after exposure?

Well chances of HIV transmission with such incident are less likely if you didn't have open deep wound on your penis.
The HIV virus basically needs quick access to your blood stream in order for you to get HIV.
So you needn't to worry at all.
