Hello and I hope I can help you today.

Air travel is not a problem during pregnancy. Flight attendants can even work while pregnant until they are 6 months along.

The one risk pregnant women have from flying is that they can develop blood clots in the legs from sitting for long periods in the same position. It is important to stretch your legs at least every 2 hours and drink lots of water as plane air is dehydrating.

I hope this answers your question and that the information was helpful. Best wishes and good luck with the rest of your pregnancy, Dr. Brown
