Can One Have Namzaric During Day?

My father-in-law was recently prescribed Namzaric, one 10 mg dose at night. Supposedly, it keeps him awake at night, and tired and napping during the day. What would the difference be, if the pill was given to him in the morning. Are there any problems with this

Namzaric contains a combination of donepezil and memantine. Donepezil improves the function of nerve cells in the brain. Memantine reduces the actions of chemicals in the brain that may contribute to the symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.
Namzaric is used to treat moderate to severe dementia of the Alzheimer's type.
The mode of its intake which is recommended is - once a day in the evening or bedtime, before or after food.
Kindly follow the intake of medication as prescribed by the doctor.
