Can One Take Savaysa 30mg After 5 Hours Of Taking 81mg Aspirin?

Ok, I have had two blood clots in my left leg, last one in 2015. I m healthy, work out and 63yrs old. Around 1am start having deep pain in the left leg, so i took a 81mg aspirin. Later I realized I still have Savaysa 30mg. My question its been 5hrs since i took the aspirin can I go ahead and take a Savaysa, bc my systoms are deep leg pain like mid calf and up.

I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per history is concerned please follow:-
1)As per your history is concerned you have DVT so please follow :-
1)Tell your doctor to start treatment from IV heparin infusion for few days
2)After it give [ENOXAPARIN] in SC
3)after in stable condition take orally WARFARIN -10MG
4)use a [compression stacking ]
5)Do regular exercise and avoid sitting a place for long time(Take break)
6)Time to time do ultrasound Doppler study and [D-dimer test]
