Can One Take The Flight When Pending Surgery For Pansinusitis?

I was diagnosed with Pansinusitis. I have surgery scheduled in two weeks. My question is am I able to fly on a airplane. I am presently in Florida and have been here for three weeks due to hurricane. I’m trying to make it back home for my upcoming surgery. Please help
