Hi... I was infected with Viral Hepatitis A. a month back at a very low level My liver function tests are within range now .can i take chicken and fish for food Because i go to college there i have to eat my afternoon meals so they provide non veg too. I am not able to control myself because I was addicted to chicken. So i need your suggestion whether to take or not
You should have no problems eating normally now . Your liver function is good and your illness is resolved.Chicken and fish are good and a good source of protein. They are not fatty also which is a benefit. Be well .Act well. You are OK now.
