Can Oral Sex Cause Bad Breath And Excess Phlegm In Throat?

I have such a foul smell coming from my mouth I floss a lot because I havebraces. I brush more than twice a day . I have also removed some tonsil stones , started taking organic drops for a parasite . And nothing is helping. I am so embarassed to talk to anyone and I work close to patients in an optometrist office please help could it be from giving my ex boyfriend oral sex if hehadan std? I also feel constant phlem in my throat

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Foul breath is more likely to be due to poor oral hygiene and not due to oral sex.
A history of tonsillar stone and braces could be the cause of bad breath.
Flossing is good for maintain good oral hygiene.
In addition, you should use mouth wash before sleeping and in between meals.
If still the problem is persisting, you need to consult your dentist to look for possible cause of bad breath- dental caries, gum inflammation, etc.
In case any of these problems is present, appropriate management can be done.
