Hi,
Very rarely
pregnancy is possible in tubectomy failure cases. That is only in 0.1% cases. As you are having continuous spotting for one month with breast tenderness and
tiredness, better to get evaluated. The possible causes of your problem are:
- Please go for a urine pregnancy test once to rule out that possibility first.
- Reproductive hormone fluctuation in premenstrual phase can also lead to the above symptoms.
- Thyroid hormonal imbalance and serum
prolactin changes can lead to the above symptoms.
- Local causes like cervical erosion or polyps can present with spotting.
If the symptoms persist, better to get evaluated. Please consult your gynecologist once, get examined and go for investigations like,
hemoglobin, blood sugar level estimation, thyroid profile, serum prolactin levels,
ultrasound, etc. With this work-up the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
